Everyone loves Pighin wines! Once again this year, we are happy to announce that we have received The Winehunter’s renowned Diploma of Excellence for our Soreli DOC Collio 2020 and Malvasia DOC Collio 2022 wines, awarded with the prestigious ‘RED’ award. Thank you for this important recognition!
It’s official: our Soreli 2020 has obtained the prestigious “Tre Bicchieri del Gambero Rosso” award. Born in 2018, it is a precious white Collio, “excellent blend of Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Malvasia, which seals years of commitment and dedication by Roberto Pighin and his team to achieve prestigious goals”. Thus writes the editorial staff of the guide, which we thank for this important recognition!
It is with great joy that we announce that our Soreli has won the 5 Bibenda bunches for the second consecutive year. A great and important reconfirmed recognition that makes us proud of our work every day. Raise the glasses for our Bianco DOC Collio Soreli 2019!
Excellence is an attitude! Our Malvasia is always a guarantee: also this year the WineHunter Commission awarded Malvasia Collio DOC Pighin with the prestigious “RED” award.
Our wines have also achieved excellent results in James Suckling tastings! Pinot Grigio DOC Collio reconfirmed 92 points also for the 2021 vintage, new awards also for Soreli 2019 and Sauvignon Collio 2021, which reach 91 points; while the Sauvignon Blanc Doc Friuli 2021 gets 90 points. We are pleased to share these important milestones with you.
Great news! Our Pinot Grigio Doc Friuli has been awarded by Falstaff Magazin, the oldest Austrian wine magazine that represents a milestone for professionals in the sector. We are happy to share this great result with you who always support us.
New year, new awards for Pighin wines! Our Collio Malvasia 2020, Collio Bianco Soreli 2019 and Collio Pinot Grigio 2020 received the 3 1/2 t of the Vitae award and were included in the Vitae 2022 Guide of the Italian Sommelier Association. An excellent result of which we are very proud.
